(Jelly and Ice Cream)
Mix 5 C Vanilla bean Ice Cream together with 1 jar Truly Texas Amaretto Peach Pecan jelly. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker crust pie pan. Chill and serve.

1jar Truly Texas Chipotle Con Queso with 1 jar of Truly Texas Fiesta Salsa (black bean and corn)
Southern Pecan Bourbon Meatballs
1 Tbs butter
1-16oz pkg chopped pecans
2 lbs prepared frozen meatballs, thawed
2-12oz bottles Southern Pecan BBQ sauce
1/2 c Bourbon
Melt butter over medium high heat in a large heavy saucepan. Add pecans and toast until lightly brown. Add the meatballs and saute about 5 minutes, turning the meatballs offten so that they brown on all sides. Pour in the BBQ sauce and bourbon. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Pour the meatball mixture into a chafing dish and serve warm.

Cranberry Relish
1 jar Truly Texas Cranberry Habanero Jelly
½ cup Naval Orange chunks-(membrane removed and broken into chunks)
½ cup Granny Smith apple chunks (small)
½ cup Pecans- chopped (optional or substitute walnuts)
Soften jelly in microwave. Stir in orange, apple and pecans. Mix well and place in covered container in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Serve with chicken, turkey or stuffing.
Turkey Pinwheels
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 10 oz jar Cranberry Habanero Jelly
1 pkg deli sliced turkey breast
Mix softened cream cheese and cranberry habanero jelly together thoroughly. Spread mixture onto turkey slices and roll up starting at the narrow end of the turkey rectangle.
Refrigerate overnight and cut into bite sized pinwheels just before serving.

Texas Beef Steak Chili Recipe
Texas Beef Steak chili, contains cayenne pepper which adds a kick of flavor that will be appreciated by all chili connoisseurs.(Try chopped brisket)
Preperation takes:25 minutes
From begining to end total:1 hourr 55 minutes
At one cup servings, there are five servings per recipe
1 tbs EVOO (olive oil)
2 lb boneless lean top round steak,
diced to 3/4 inch pieces
Chop 1 med onion
Chop 2 cloves of garlic
1- 14.5 oz can of petite diced tomatoes with liquid
1- 4.5 oz chopped green chiles with liquid
14 oz Beef broth (reduced-sodium)
2 tbs chili powder
2 tbs yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp coarse salt grandules
1/4 tsp ground cayene pepper
Cornbread wedges
Green Onions sliced
Fresh cilantro, if you would like
1. Heat oil and half of the chopped beef over med -high heat in 4-quart Dutch oven for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned. Remove from pan and repeat process with the remaining beef. Join all beef together in the pan and add the chopped onion and garlic cooking another 2 - 3 mins. until onions are crisp and tender.
2. Place tomatoes and green chiles in a blender - blend till smooth.
3. Add tomato mixture, broth, chili powder, cornmeal, salt and red pepper to the pan and stir well. Bring mixture to boiling and reduce heat to low. Cover the pan and simmer an hour to an hour and a half, stirring occasionally, until beef is tenderized. Serve over cornbread wedges sprinkled with green onions and/or cilantro.
Tip of the day:
Adding cornmeal to your chili before cooking serves as a clever way to thicken the brew.
Texas Cowboy Chili and Beans
1 lb. ground beef(lean)
1 c. diced onion
Mince 2 cloves of garlic
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. of water
1 tbs chili powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 - 15 oz. can chili beans
2 tbs Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
Brown meat over medium heat, about 5 minutes, being sure to break into smaller pieces. Cook onions and garlic with meat till tender, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Drain off excess fat. Mix in tomato sauce, water, chili powder and salt . Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes longer or until most of liquid has evaporated. Stir in chili beans and Green Sauce and heat through.
Makes 4 Texas Chili sized servings.

How to make Cincinnati Chili
Chop 1 large onion
1 lb.extra-lean ground beef
Mince 1 clove garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp red (cayenne) pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs unsweetened cocoa or 1/2 ounce grated unsweetened chocolate
1 - 15 oz.can tomato sauce
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 -16 oz. pk uncooked dried spaghetti
In a large frying pan over medium high heat, saute onion, ground beef, garlic, and chili powder until ground beef is slightly cooked(do not brown). Add allspice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, unsweetened cocoa or chocolate, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and water. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours. Remove from heat.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and transfer onto individual serving plates (small oval plates are traditional).
3 Way = Ladle chili over spaghetti and top with ample amounts of shredded cheese
4 Way = Ladle chili over spaghetti and top with diced onions or red beans and mounds of cheese
5 Way = Ladle chili over spaghetti and top with diced onions & red beans and mounds of cheese
Oyster crackers are served in a separate container on the side.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
